Derivatives platform end to end design. Project involving development and customization of a leading OMS package, custom workflow that gave full connectivity to electronic derivative trading venues and clearing houses.

Project managed and delivered the outsource of a leading asset management co middle and back office function to a major third party provider. Including development of new operating model, data migration, transition of legacy staff to new provider.

As part of a wider MiFID 2 initiative, this project entailed the automation and on board of the derivative asset class, from paper ticket to automated solution, which enabled wider trading volumes and to provide the necessary data, for the required levels of transparency to enable trade execution reporting.
