City Integration were engaged by a Global Investment Manager to assist them in migrating from their legacy platforms to SimCorp Dimension
Although the programme was managed centrally, City Integration supplied the bulk of the delivery team, heading up all major workstreams across Front Office, Operations, Data and Migration, Compliance, Investment Performance and Investment Risk
This implementation was complicated by the fact that the client had multiple legacy platforms supporting a complex investment structure with extensive use of pooled funds that all needed to be consolidated on a single new platform and migrated across an extended period of time.
Over the course of the programme our resources led the design, planning and delivery of work packages for each workstream leading to the successful migration of funds over multiple phases with minimal disruption to the client’s BAU processes
