Both RFPs were completed successfully and we were retained further to help finalise the commercial negotiations and mobilise the delivery team. Over a 2-3 month period we helped conclude commercial negotiations with the successful vendors, then implemented a governance and workstream structure, resourcing the delivery team with a mix of our resources and their permanent staff, augmented by independent specialists
